The costume needed some alterations, but thanks to my mom Daisy is ready for next Halloween.

Today Daisy turns 2 year old! I can't believe how fast time flies! Happy Birthday Daisy Dog!

Daisy swims (very unwillingly)

I kept hoping that Daisy would eventually like to swim. It'd help her keep cool in the hot summer months. I was thinking maybe she just didn't like cold water, since her previous swimming experiences had been in Donner lake which is about 68 degrees most of the time. A couple weeks ago Cate brought her into her swimming pool, which was quite comfortable (don't be fooled by the fact that Cate is wearing a jacket). As you can see by Daisy's expression, swimming does not appeal to her.

Daisy's new outfit

My sister recently started working at Banfield which you may know is the veterinary office connected to Petsmart. Since they are in fact connected to Petsmart, she is able to get a discount at petsmart and brought Daisy this little outfit on her last visit. I don't think Daisy cared for it much, she ran and hid when my sister put it on her. I peronally love the hat.

Over the weekend we took Daisy to the pet fiesta, which is basically like a street festival for pets. They had someone doing caricatures of the pets, so of course we had to get one of Daisy!

My neighbor has 2 pugs, both are slightly larger than Daisy and therefor Daisy gets some of their outgrown duds. Here is one she just got, isn't it cute?!

Yesterday I took Daisy to the Super pet Expo at the Dulles expo center. It wasn't as big or exciting as I hoped, but I did find Daisy this new plus bed. She loves it!
