Pugs for dinner!

Daisy just loves to lick plates or anything food has touched really. She was avidly licking this pan for quite some time. She even has her front paws IN the pan, got to get every last molecule of food!

I asked my mom if Daisy missed me while I was gone and she sent me this photo of her sleeping on my pillow. Aww!

I have been in DC the past few days and it is amazing how much I miss my little dog! I can't wait to see her!

Daisy & Rocky

Daisy just loves playing with her friend Rocky. True they look like an odd pair, but they have so much fun together. Even when Rocky is taking it easy, leaving Daisy alone, Daisy can't resist starting some fun!

My how she's grown

Daisy and Rocky

Daisy and Rocky love to play together, despite the huge size difference. Rocky does not however like to share anything with Daisy. Not her toys, not her bones, and not her bed. Daisy is always quick to seize any opportunity to share. She jumped on Rocky's bed with her when she was distracted by a bone.

Doggie Ice Cream

Over the weekend I took Daisy to the Scraps Dog Bakery in Truckee where we happened upon Ice Cream for dogs, of course we had to try it. Here she is enjoying some "Snicker Poodle" Ice Cream, I think she likes it!

Her favorite place

As per usual Daisy was hanging out in the diswasher, making sure all the dishes have been properly "rinsed". Though I think this time she was enjoying how cool it was in there.

Cooling vest

Daisy's cooling vest finally came, and of course now it is nice and cool out! At least now we have them ready for when it gets hot out again. One of my friends said she looks like a firefighter in this getup!

Almost cuddling

Micah is no longer a willing playmate for Daisy since she now outweighs him and her enthusiasm for wrestling with him has not dwindled. She charges at him and knocks him down, he is not a fan. He has taken to hissing all the time, even if she is nowhere near him, just for good measure. He usually doesn't tolerate her anywhere near him, so this is about as close as they get to cuddling these days.

Yucky bone

I recently got Daisy this Braided beef bone from Trader Joe's and she LOVES it. The problem is when she chews it she doesn't really seem to bite anything off, so it just gets these long stringy gummy ends on it. It is really gross and she always wants to come sit on someones lap when she chews it. Trust me, you don't want that thing touching you!
